Long-ass text post about Katsucon

Holy crap. Where to even begin… This weekend was a blast. Everything about it was wonderful. Everything. From the bus ride down with awesome new and old friends, to the hotel group of the same group of awesome people, to the AMAZING venue, to the BEAUTIFUL cosplays and cosplayers, to all of the fun times that I had over the last 4 days.

To start, I want to shout out to our buddy Ackson for basically making this all happen, giving advice and whatnot to us first time Katsucon-ers from Toronto.

My friends are the best anyone could ask for. This weekend had so many good memories, I honestly want to just take a time machine back and experience everything again. Not change a thing, but just experience all the feels that I had between Thursday night and this morning.

I was able to get to know people I didn’t know all that well beforehand, and also share some really important moments with others that I’ll never forget!

Anyways, that got sappy really fast. On to the fun stuff!
Basically the con was awesome, got to hang out with a friend who I hadn’t seen in a really long time, and we ROCKED pair cosplays all weekend. Friday we were Panty and Stocking, Saturday we were Queen and Princess Serenity, and Sunday we were Psiren and Roy Mustang

We got hooked up with awesome vip access to a panel because of a friends connection… SO COOL MAN. SO COOL.

I had the most fun hanging out with my friends

We had the best times just being generally silly and awesome, building blanket forts on the bus, having white costume parties, finding garbage glowsticks, riding the elevator for no reason, debating attending Japanese Bondage panels at midnight, and hotel room drinking, among many other awesome happenings.

It was also awesome being a tourist and staying in Washington DC for an extra night with Bossbot and seeing all the sights.
